One Platform, Many Business Applications

AtroCore is an open-source business application platform for companies that manage complex data and connect many systems. You model your own entities, fields, and relations in the administration interface, define business logic and validation rules, automate recurring steps with workflows, and exchange data with ERP, e-commerce, and other systems through the REST API or scheduled imports and exports. Digital asset management is part of the platform, and master data management is a first-class use case with complete product capabilities, from staging and record matching through to golden records. AtroPIM extends the same foundation for product information management. Configuration happens in the interface and survives updates, which keeps version upgrades predictable. We develop the platform ourselves, so consulting, implementation, and support come from the team that writes the code.

Define any number of roles and teams and set what each may read, create, edit and delete, per entity and per field. Purchase prices stay with purchasing, translations stay with the language team.

Interface built for daily data work

Configurable dashboards, saved filters, bulk editing and layout profiles per role. The interface is responsive, so approvals and lookups also work on a tablet or a phone in the browser.

Web-based and platform-independent

AtroCore runs in the browser on Windows, macOS and Linux, with no client installation. Users work from the office, from home or from a customer site without a fixed workstation.

Predictable costs and fast results

There are no per-user license fees, so read access for a whole sales organization costs nothing extra. Because most requirements are met by configuration, a first productive scope is usually reached in weeks rather than quarters.
