We have a very flexible pricing model – pay only for what you use.
The AtroCore Platform is available for deployment either On-Premise or as a SaaS solution hosted in a private cloud. No matter which option you choose, the platform’s core capabilities remain consistent. You can expand its functionality by selecting from a variety of optional modules (both free and paid) so you only invest in the features that matter to you. Even without any add-ons, AtroCore Open-Source Edition is fully operational out of the box. For SaaS deployments, both a Support Package and a Hosting Package are required. For On-Premise deployments the Support Package is optional. To support your success, we also offer a range of professional services, including implementation, integration, system configuration, training sessions, and workshops.

“Can I get a discount?”
If you choose an annual contract instead of a 3-month term, we offer a 10% discount.
“Are there user limits as my team grows?”
There are no limits on users, records, or similar resources. You can add as many users as you need – no extra charges apply.
“Is onboarding included?”
No, but we’re happy to discuss your specific needs, the level of support you require, and provide a tailored quote.
“Do you offer free trials?”
We can also give you free access to the SaaS Edition for one month, so you can explore the full functionality without any limitations.
“Is ordering onboarding services required?”
No, you’re free to implement the software yourself or involve us only for specific tasks.
“Do I need to subscribe to a Support Package?”
For on-premise use – no, you can use the software for free without support. For SaaS Editions – yes, a Support Package is required.
“Do you charge per user?”
No. You can create as many user accounts as you need. The only limitation applies to the number of users in our support ticketing system.
“Are there any price-related limitations?”
No. You can manage unlimited SKUs, records, images, documents, and more – limited only by your allocated cloud storage capacity.
“Do I have a long term commitment?”
Our standard contracts run for 3 months. If you commit to a 12-month term, you’ll receive a 10% discount.
“What one-off and recurring costs will I have?”
One-off costs may include onboarding, training, and integrations, quoted individually based on your specific requirements. Recurring costs consist of your usage fee, billed in advance every 3 months.
“Are there any hidden costs?”
No. Our pricing is fully transparent and flexible. You only pay for what you use.
“How can I use the Software on-premise?”
Our software is server-based. You’ll need to install it on a server infrastructure. Installation instructions are available in our documentation.
“Can I install and run the Software on Windows or Mac?”
The software is server-based and requires a web server to run. There’s no native installer for Windows or Mac, but you can configure a local web server on your PC or laptop.
“Can I subscribe to support later?”
Yes. You can start using the Open-Source Edition for free and subscribe to a Support Package whenever you need it.
“What if I need more than 3 environments?”
Yes, that’s possible with Platinum Support – for example, to support content staging. Please get in touch with us!
“Can you develop a custom module for me?”
Yes, we can – and so can you! Let’s talk about how we can support you.
“Can I use the software for free?”
If you install our software on-premise, you can use it indefinitely free of charge. During the first month, we’ll gladly answer your questions and provide support at no cost – just get in touch. After that, you might consider ordering a Premium Support Зackage.
“What is the difference between AtroCore and AtroPIM SaaS Premium Edition?”
There is only one Premium SaaS Edition—AtroCore. It includes everything we offer, with all features and Premium Modules included.
FAQ for Integrations
“Which cost will I have?”
You pay a one-time fee for configuring all required import/export feeds based on your specific requirements, as well as for the modules used in the integration.
“How integration is implemented?”
We use a combination of modules to orchestrate and automate data synchronization, depending on the available data delivery methods. This includes configuring multiple import/export feeds, defining their sequences, mapping rules, execution conditions, and schedules.
“How much one time configuration cost?”
Simple configurations start at 900 EUR. Integrating an e-commerce platform typically costs around 3900 EUR (incl the cost of required modules).
“Can configurations be adjusted later?”
Yes, the configurations are highly flexible and can be modified at any time – without any programming.
“What happens if error occurs?”
The system will automatically retry the job. You can also download the data message, correct the error manually, and re-run the import/export job.
“Do I have logs?”
Yes, you receive detailed execution logs. You can also use dashboard dashlets to monitor import/export statistics.
“Which data can be synchronized?”
We can synchronize virtually all types of data – product, customer, order, master data, and any customer-specific data.
“How data can be synchronized?”
Data can be synchronized via database queries, file exchange, or REST/SOAP/GraphQL API requests.
“How data synchronization can be triggered?”
Synchronization can be triggered by a flexible time schedule or based on specific events.
“Can I do the integration myself?”
Yes, but it requires significant technical expertise. We recommend letting us handle the initial integration – you can always adapt it later if needed.
“Can I test the "XYZ Connector"?”
No, the “XYZ Connector” is not a standalone module. It’s a tailored solution consisting of two or more modules and a one-time configuration of import/export feeds. Thanks to our individual approach, we guarantee the integration will work – or you’ll get a full refund.
“Can I install and use the" XYZ Connector" myself?”
No, we don’t offer “black box” connectors. Each integration is custom-built to ensure 100% success.
“What if i need to make some changes in configurations?”
You can make changes yourself. If you prefer, we can handle it for you – this service is billed at an hourly rate.
“Which Modules do I need for integration?”
Depending on your needs, the following modules may be used: Synchronization, Import/Export: Database, Import/Export: Remote Files, Import/Export: HTTP Request.
“How recurring costs for an integration are calculated?”
You only pay for updates of the modules used in your integration. All other ongoing services are covered by your Support Package.
